By submitting this form and in consideration of the acceptance of my entry, intending to be legally bound, do hereby, and from myself, my heir, my executors and administrators, waive, release and discharge any and all rights and claims which I may have or which may therefore occur to be against Milton Harvest Festival, Inc., and any participating, or respective offices, agencies, representatives and/or damages suffered by me in this event.

The Arts & Crafts Committee reserves the right to request the removal of objectionable items or to terminate my reservation without refund. If I am asked to leave for any reason, I will do so immediately. Decisions of the Milton Harvest Festival Committee are final and binding.
