Rules and Comments
- ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR HELMETS
- STAY IN LINE
- Top 10 from last year get front of line position
- Mountain bikes will line up at the rear for the start
- Course to be marked about a week prior to race day
- Medical support will follow the racers
- Safety/traffic control provided at main intersections
- Filbert Street from Mahoning to Borough building will be closed from 10:00 AM to noon
- Race will be monitored by short wave radio
- Youth under age 16 must have signed permission from a parent or guardian
