MILTON - A recent revival in the Milton Harvest Festival is continuing to create a lot of noise.
Next Saturday, Sept. 19, will already be the third year in the return of the festival's Tournament of Bands. It's nearly tripled in size in just this short time.
Brett Hosterman, chairman and Milton Area High School band director, said "We've proven we've run a good show."
The first year of competition, in recent times, brought out six bands. The second year fetched a dozen, and this year 17 have registered.
As far as marching band competition is concerned, next weekend will be the start of a new season for many bands.
